QUESTION:

Is Walt Disney World Company, which owns land within the Reedy Creek Improvement District, "subject to the regulation of" the Reedy Creek Improvement District's Board of Supervisors, within the purview of s. 112.313(5), F. S., amended by Ch. 74-177, Laws of Florida, so as to prohibit a member of such board of supervisors from accepting a position as a consultant to Walt Disney World Company?
